We're live right now on Rumble.
Glad you guys are with me right now.
I'm excited.
So, EO companies, essential oil companies, lost their way.
They lost the path that they may originally been involved with at the start.
That inspiration of something sacred, essential oils, right?
And they've lost the path greatly.
And I think it's getting people in trouble in so many ways.
And I want to discuss about that.
About the concerns about essential oils.
Maybe do's and don'ts.
I'm not anti-essential oil.
That's not what it is.
But the essential oil companies don't respect the essential oils.
they don't respect people who are purchasing the essential oils.
Now, that's a bold statement, and I know it's a bold statement.
When I hear myself say it, I go, okay, AW, that's a pretty big deal right there, right?
But really what's happening is essential oils are being pushed,
pushed upon people to such a degree
because one bottle of essential oil,
one bottle can last somebody 10 years.
And that's not going to make any essential oil companies money at all.
Even if they can get a lot of people to buy that one bottle
or those three bottles that last for five years,
a kit can last somebody a lifetime.
And we're supposed to be taught to respect those oils
for a lot of reasons.
Okay?
Now, one of the arguments
essential oil companies,
God bless them all,
would be arguing about is
it's sacred medicine,
goes back to the ancient times,
it's got curative powers,
it can cure you.
But what people don't realize,
back in the ancient times,
no one had the technology
or the ability to cold press that oil, okay?
To steam out that oil, to distill that oil.
Very few people had access to essential oils in ancient times.
And we often hear about Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ
his feet were rubbed
with oils
but that's
olive oil
a carrier
with herbs in the oil
so what happens is
technology wasn't there back then
to create the essential oils
we have today
definitely not like we have today
it was
a bowl of oil and the herb sitting in it. That was the infusion. So whether it was myrrh,
whatever it was, okay, oregano, it was the herb picked from the plant, placed in oil,
soaking in oil, so the aromatics eventually come out into the oil. Kind of like when you buy a
fancy bottle of olive oil now that has rosemary in it. Have you guys ever seen that? Fancy bottle
of cold pressed olive oil, really good one, extra virgin, and it's a beautiful bottle,
and it's got something in there. It's got some rosemary. They put a little sprig of rosemary in
there. It wasn't what we have today to this degree. So essential oil companies need people to buy
those oils. And back then, even a bowl of olive oil with rosemary put in was expensive. You needed
a lot of pieces of silver for that oil. So serious privilege back then in ancient times.
And you needed many pieces of silver to somehow purchase that oil and infuse it with, say,
rosemary oregano myrrh whatever it is so today's essential oils today's essential oils okay are
being pushed on people to such a degree because you need to buy more and more and more and more
you need to drink it slather it on put it in carriers make sure it's in every single ointment
in every single face cream.
Make sure it's in every cosmetic.
Essential oil companies don't want people
buying a bottle like 20 years ago.
They don't want them just buying
three bottles in 10 years.
It's not going to do essential oil companies any good.
So there's mass marketing.
So tremendous amount of money has gone into it.
Now, I'm going to cover some of the questions
people have about terpenes and everything else.
but the amount of marketing that has gone into essential oils and the amount of people that have
been brought on to it to sell these to be trained and sell the essential oils right
came to the point where you got to now get subscriptions and it's like three to ten
bottles a month and then you get signed up with all these subscriptions and you better be taking
it and then the essential oils do this for you and they kill viruses and they do that for you now
and then they fix your digestion they have all these curative powers and here's how you take
them here's how you use them and so the training has gone into it and the training has gone into
it but the training is just to make money nothing wrong with that but sometimes there's this fine
line where sure businesses have the right to make money businesses have the right to make millions
of dollars every bit of that businesses have the right to do all these things but if it's going to
cause problems in some way somehow some shape then it's good to disclose those problems or
talk about those problems so people are aware so let's go into a little bit of it right now
okay so what people are told to use lots of it not a little bit anymore they're told to put it
in their laundry they're told to put it in their wash machines they're told to put it in the dryer
where their clothes are drying they're told to put it in a water bottle and spray it all over the
counters all over everything they're told to put it in a water bottle and spray it on their couches
okay they're told to slather it on their bodies all over the place they're told to put it
and in carriers too and use it that way so they're told to use essential oils in their hair
they're told to actually put it all in their hair and make their hair all nice with essential oils
they're told to do all these things and they're told to put the essential oils all over the place
you know on their toenails on their fingernails they're they're told to do all these different
ways of using them and what happens is the excess use of these gets on everything
You might say, so what? Who cares?
But it gets on everything.
It gets on counters. It gets on the walls.
It gets on the walls, all over the walls.
It doesn't evaporate, important to know.
It is an oil.
Essential oil doesn't evaporate.
Essential oil is an actual oil.
It's an oil that comes from the plant.
So whether they cold press it or distill it out of it, it's oil is what it is.
It's not like, oh, no, terpene.
Terpene evaporates and that's it and that's all it is.
Okay?
It has terpenes in it.
Right?
I've heard some people call them terpenes, terpines.
I've heard lots of different ways it's said that there are different people in the business of essential oils.
But they have that in there.
But it's an essential oil.
it's an oil that has other things in there right so the thing is if you still smell it and you're
using so much why would it cause a problem like i said last night where i talked about mold and it
causing a mold problem isn't it supposed to kill mold you can smell it it's if it's on everything
that'll just protect you from mold even more but the phytochemical compounds that do stop mold in
some essential oils, some herbs, not all of them, but some, a few of them, say rosemary,
right? Say that one, because that has phytochemical compounds as an antiviral, antibacterial. So
why won't that last forever? It doesn't. That part burns out. The phytochemical compound is
not necessarily the aromatic. The phytochemical compound in that essential oil is not necessarily
or the aromatic. The phytochemical compound goes away quick. That's why I mentioned if you're going
to diffuse it and you put it in a diffuser, okay, you put it in a diffuser, you can do acute
diffusions in the air. If you're worried about any kind of virus, if someone's sick with the
flu or colds and they put rosemary, a little bit of rosemary or thyme oil in their diffuser,
right? Or even mold spores that you think have gotten into the air and you're trying to shoot
them down or diffuse them in some way, right? But the diffusers aren't meant to run 24-7
and 24-7 and 24-7, something that's very important to know. I'll go into it a little bit later on
that the point is one of the points is that the oils get on everything and the carriers people
use there's lots of that too a lot of essential oil companies sell the carriers with the oils in
them and all these different designs and ways they want to do it and all these different potions
right and all that and these blends and then people are taught to use them as much as possible
because you want subscriptions you want to keep on buying them it doesn't help essential oil
companies to buy one bottle every 10 years or one bottle every five years. It just doesn't help.
So people are being instructed to drink and consume it, which we're going to go into that
in a moment too, about drinking and consuming essential oils and how bad that really is.
So let's just cover contamination of the oil on everything. Doesn't mean you have to stop your
essential oils completely. I don't want to panic anybody. That's not it. But there's a responsibility
with essential oils.
Essential oil companies have lost their way.
They're all about just marketing, MLM, subscriptions,
getting more people on board.
They're not about the responsibility of essential oil.
That's gone.
They're not about the respect of essential oil.
That's gone.
That's gone.
I'm sure I'm not making more friends.
I'm sure.
So the overuse of the essential oil
is where you get in trouble.
it's the overuse it gets on everything and it doesn't come out it stays and the antibacterial
compound may be in one of those herbs because it's not in every essential oil one of those
say rosemary or thyme disappears and then the oil sticks around now here's the problem
there's dust in everybody's house and apartment or wherever they live condo apartment house or
however they live there's dust everywhere the dust floats through the air the dust lands on
the couches the dust lands on the floor the dust lands on everything you know the dust you see all
the time all winter long or summer long or wherever you are dust okay gets trapped in oil
oil residue on the couches a couple of years of having essential oil on your neck or whatever it
is or whatever on your arms and you're on your couches the couches get soaked up it soaks up
the oils. The oils never evaporate. They stay there. Oil on furniture, chairs, couches, bedding,
beds, pillows, blankets stays in there and it doesn't wash out easily. You'd have to really
wash the blankets good and have a very strong detergent to get the oils out. So they stay there
and stay there and stay there.
And they stay in the couches.
Dust and dirt and sand.
Dust, dirt, and sand.
And food particles get trapped in the oils.
Microparticles get trapped in all the oils in the furniture
and in the bedding and anywhere else.
Food particles.
Food particles that you could be eating,
just eating at your dinner table,
and you have food particles on your shirt,
the tiniest food particles.
anywhere. Or food particles when you're eating on the couch. Food particles when you're eating
anywhere, right? And those food particles, which are hard to see and they're all over the place,
they tend to get trapped inside the oil. And that's when the mold begins. That's when the mold
begins. Dust floats in the air. It's easy to rub the oils on the wall. I have friends who put oils
all over them. They've been over my home and literally have just leaned against the wall
and there would be a greasy imprint. And because they have oils, they rub coconut oil on them.
They rub olive oil on them. They're always trying to rub oils and things on their skin.
and it could be summertime or even wintertime.
And they're always trying to put the oils on.
And then if they love essential oils,
they're using that in the carriers too.
Or just essential oils themselves on them, right?
They rub essential oils on their feet at night.
Had a friend stay over
and just rubbed all essential oils on their feet.
I'm not saying that's a,
like I'm not saying, oh, you did something terrible.
No, but the essential oils just soak into the bed.
as you roll around. And then that's when all the dust particles, that's when all the dirt,
that's where all the sand, you can't see all those different things, right? All those different
things. And that aromatic can stick around and smell forever, but the oil and the aromatic
doesn't evaporate. It stays in there in the bedding and the sheets and the pillows and
everything. It just stays in everything. And so that's where the mold can collect.
So here's the problem too. So say you don't have mold, but you did a lot of essential oils in lots
of ways and you had essential oils on your body and you've got them in your couches, in your bedding
for years, and you haven't had the mold problem, but a mold enters the house. Somebody you haven't
seen in a long time, takes a trick, and they take a plane flight. They come there. They got mold on
their own items and clothes. They open their suitcase. They have mold from their apartment
or from their house, and it happens to be the first mold exposure you've had, and the mold gets
out, and it's now in your house. It has so many places to go and hide now. It can land in oil,
and when it lands in the oil bases is when you've got that oil mold problem going on.
Essential oil, when exposed to air and not in the bottle, but exposed to air, can get moldy.
Olive oil can get moldy that's sitting on a counter for a couple of months
or even a few weeks or even a few days.
Mold can start in oils.
oils go rancid essential oils go rancid the minute you start using when you're putting them
putting them on you it stays good enough in the bottle long enough it could even go rancid in the
bottle too but it goes rancid for sure the minute it's touching your skin and it's oxidizing right
this isn't about fear i'm going to talk about using essential oils one of the critical ways
to protect yourself is wiping excess oil off and i'll go into that in a minute but back to this
the oils get into the walls they get into everything i know i said that to the bedding
and the pillows and they get into the mattresses they get into the couches and all of that it's
why somebody can put something away in storage like some blankets or something it could sit in
there for 10 years and you open that storage comes out it's like whoa i smell mug wars truly i smell
whatever it is you just smell it i smell lemon oil i smell whatever that is it's there it never
goes away what's that what is that smell it's in the oil the oil never left so then that oil is
damp so let's go into that next okay oil attracts dampness
it makes everything wet now i know there's influencers right now that tell women you
need to go to bed wet. Slather everything on, everything on, all your body lotions,
get your skin nice and soft, cover yourself with body lotions. Famous instructors are telling women
to do that and like workout trainers and stuff like that. Ladies, you need to go to bed wet.
That's what they said. Hydrate your skin. You need to put all the oils on.
so all these women right now right and some men i'm sure are slathering on more and more and more
and it feeds into by my body lotion by my body lotion with my carrier by my essential oil body
body lotion too because i want you not only to go to bed wet but i want you to go to bed wet with
all those that's what they say that's the term they use you go to bed wet yeah and you you put
all of that on you by mine by mine and the essential oil companies are making deals with
these people and they're selling more and more and more and sell more and more and more and you
train more and more people to ruin their beds collect mold in their beds get themselves sicker
so here you're doing something so good for yourself and you can be getting yourself sicker
that's the whole point this is out of losing respect for essential oils the companies the
industry lost respect for the oil and they lost respect for the people there's only one thing in
on their minds now is dollar signs. I'm not faulting anybody for making a living. I want
people to be successful. You want to make millions of dollars? Damn right. Go make millions of dollars.
Do it by respecting what it is you're selling and respecting the people who are using it.
that's how you do it in the central oil world it's gone poof gone it's a hungry hungry hippo
business right now now hungry hungry hippo business is dump as much oil as you can in people
i've heard many times people working for these companies in the industry they're all being
trained you got to get as much oil on people in people drinking it on them all over them all over
their house on everything you possibly can or we're not going to be able to sell enough eo anywhere
and we're just going to be like okay in the past many decades ago one bottle of essential oil
that lasts somebody a long time
look you can use your essential oils let's respect them what you want to do is not use a lot
you don't want to get it on everything if you're somebody that had a massage
or you're a massage therapist and essential oils are your life and livelihood and business on that
level right say make sure you teach your your clients to shower right away after a massage
wipe down excess oil when you can when you're using essential oils either on your wrist or
whatever you do, be cautious and wipe excess oil.
All that excess oil is gonna go on everything
and create a major mold problem.
Same thing with oils and heavy body lotions and creams.
Look for body lotions that actually absorb
and not just become a grease slick on your body.
You might be saying, well, this is ridiculous.
So he's giving us some body lotion advice.
I'm giving you advice so that if you're somebody who's sick
gets chronic illness and you're struggling, it's advice that can save you because it's mold advice.
It's mold advice. Mold issues are out of control. You don't want reasons for mold to settle in.
It'll blow in through your window, the mold, and it will find the oil residue everywhere and it
will make a permanent home in that oil residue and you won't be able to get that oil residue out.
It'll be on your carpets from laying down on carpets.
It'll be on everything.
It'll be on your feet.
You mean because you put it on, meaning like you put the oils on your feet.
You walked across your carpets.
And all that residue goes somewhere.
And it becomes moist and damp and heavy.
I know people who have a blanket.
And the blanket gets heavy over time.
from all the essential oils soaked into the blanket over time.
It just gets heavy and damp and moist and becomes a mold incubator.
So this is critical to know.
So let's go into a couple of questions about it and everything.
When I was talking about diffusers in the past, I believe in diffusers.
I like them.
I like putting a little bit of peppermint oil in a diffuser to breathe it in.
if there's a flu for somebody or a cold or something like that or some kind of lung infection, right?
I like diffusers for lots of reasons, the kind that are for sinuses, okay?
Diffusers, I talked about putting rosemary, sage, bergamot, and thyme in, right,
to try to use for acute conditions, acute problems.
For example, cleaning air.
if your air seemed to be contaminated.
Say you had some people that walked in the house that had the plague
and they walked out of the house.
They might have been somebody that's carrying the plague
or the flu or something like that.
And then you can burn that diffuser.
You can burn that diffuser.
You also can get a pot of water on the stove
and throw a whole bunch of time in that water
and simmer that and let that also go around the house.
But the diffusers aren't meant to just run, run, run
and run, run, run.
it's not a good thing because all of that can eventually with too much of it you can collect
you can collect and then clean your diffusers well because you'll find mold in the diffusers
and people like well how's mold in the diffuser that's what i i don't understand some people say
anthony might have something here because there's mold in the diffusers how is there a how is there
mold in the diffuser because it loses the ability to kill mold quite quickly. That's why you can't
just run diffusers 24-7, seven days a week. You can't keep up with it. It's good for these one,
these, these, these acute attacks or acute shots, right? But that's at things like an acute stab at
some mold that could be in the air for that moment or that someone might've brought in or an exposure.
Or like I said, the plague or something else.
But the phytochemical compounds that are antiviral and antibacterial only last so long.
And then you're left with the oil base, the oil base that was extracted from the plant.
So let's go into this.
So one of the questions is, essential oils aren't oil.
Yes, they are oil.
Just going to answer that right away.
Yes, they're oil.
Another thing too.
so they are not only oil but they never evaporate never so i want to answer that one like that
oil of oregano then what's oil of oregano an extract in a carrier
oil of oregano supplement capsules are not essential oil of oregano in the essential
oil. And that got a lot of people in trouble because then people say oil of oregano is really
good. So let me just take that essential oil of oregano. A lot of people burned their lining
because of that. So that's something I want to say. So talk about that industry pushing with the
MLMs, right? I think it's become soulless. I know that the people who have good hearts
that become distributors and the people that have good hearts and good intentions,
Please know, I'm on your side.
It's the industry that became soulless, not the person who's interested in essential oils
or making a living or teaching somebody else about essential oils or getting them to do
essential oils or selling essential oils.
They are not soulless.
They have heart, soul, amazing intentions.
And you need to know that's how I feel, right?
The industry went soulless.
that's what went solas so let's let's go into a couple of other things so toothpaste essential
oils and toothpaste i believe it's okay because there are no toothpaste pretty much out there
without it so we're kind of stuck right there in a catch-22 good news is you're not swallowing
your toothpaste. You're just rinse. Brush your teeth and rinse. That's what you do, right? Just
brush and rinse. Don't use, don't swallow your toothpaste. A lot of toothpaste have more essential
oil than others. Don't swallow it. Don't send it down with some water and let some people swallow
it that's what they do okay I mean I use a mouth rinse to brush my teeth that's
on medicalme.com you can go check it out there right so I'm just letting you
because I know people always ask about that kind of thing so we'll go into a
little bit more there's there's so much to talk about with this cleaning
products right so I get it with cleaning products a lot of people have essential
oils and cleaning products. But remember, a lot of those cleaning products have a liquid base,
mostly water, because that's how they make their money. So a cleaning product company can make
money because their whole bottle is not filled with essential oil. They would go broke.
If it's a natural organic cleaning company, they may not even be using pure essential oils too.
They might be using synthesized essential oils. Most cleaning companies, whether alternative,
natural or conventional use synthesized okay synthesized essential oil something very important
to know but just say there's a natural essential oil in one of the cleaning supplies it's only a
little bit of essential oil in the cleaning supply because they can't sell that cleaning supply for
the right price point otherwise because they can't just put a bottle of essential oil in there
it can't it still leaves an oily based film so if you use essential oil cleaners
if you do use them be cautious where you use them try to use them just on your counters your
toilets things like that that's where you use them like toilets sinks in your bathroom so if
you're someone that has that and that's what you have and you have a whole bunch at home
and you've already purchased them and it costs a lot of money you don't have to throw them out
you clean your toilets, you clean your sinks with it. Maybe you clean your counters with it.
And maybe do a wipe with some water and a little bit of natural soap on all your counters so you
don't have an oil base on everything. Gotta watch out with some cleaners, they might leave an oil
base so you gotta make sure you wipe down everything good so that you don't have an oil
base, right? And that's okay. Don't take essential oils in any way internally. Too strong. They're
not meant to be taken internally. Infusions like olive oil and rosemary put into the olive oil and
a fancy pretty bottle of olive oil you see at Whole Foods with some rosemary down in the bottom
there that came from Italy, that's meant for internally. That's meant for internally. That's
not an essential oil. That's the old way they did it back 2,000 years ago, during Christ,
before Christ, after. That's really the old way of doing things, right? So essential oils,
you don't want to take internally. You can get in trouble with that. I think essential oil companies
got enough handed to them about that along the way because they were telling people to
consume it internally a lot and now they have more guidelines guidelines right how to more
carefully do it they try to give you some courses and some classes and stuff like that still a
terrible idea and it's still awful and it's soulless the industry is soulless because they're
that desperate to want to push their products that they'll still advocate for taking it internally
shouldn't be done that way it's a vagus nerve jolter and disruptor not a vagus nerve fixer
important to know so let's talk about the nervous system a little bit taking them internally so
that's the next thing the vagus nerve is like its own living creature okay inside of us it can be
moved if it's trying to save its skin your vagus nerve can literally spasm itself spasm itself
out of place, out of whack,
if it's trying to run from something.
Essential oils going down into the gullet,
going down into the stomach,
duodenum intestinal tract,
can wig out a vagus nerve
and bring somebody's anxiety condition
to a dangerous level.
A dangerous level.
So that's just one big reason.
Another reason I don't like it is
it's an irritant to the intestinal lining.
nerve cells can't handle strong aromatics that are cold-pressed or distilled.
Strong aromatic oils that are cold-pressed or distilled.
Nerve cells on the vagus nerve cannot handle it.
It's a shocker to the nerves, to the nerve cells.
It's actually a toxin and poison to the nerve cells.
It's not like olive oil with some rosemary in it or a dressing made of olive oil or sesame oil with some herbs and spices in it.
Entirely different situation and nerve cells don't mind that.
So if you're making a nice recipe and you say, well, I know medical medium says no fat on the dish, but I'm going to put a little olive oil on here and throw a little spice on here and make it all nice.
If you did that, fine.
And your vagus nerve will be okay.
It'll be okay.
With essential oils going down,
can jolt the vagus nerve.
It could push it running.
Because the nerve cells get a signal.
Because the nerve cells start getting intoxicated by the essential oil.
And start signaling we have to move.
And the vagus move can literally shift.
and when it does, it can send somebody into the wrong direction.
It's not a good thing.
It's never a good thing to force the vagus nerve to move when it's not supposed to.
This is why sensitive people have problems breathing in essential oils.
They're too much for a lot of sensitive people.
A lot of people can't handle essential oil smells.
It's way too much.
It's too much on the nerves, the brainstem nerves, all the brainstem nerves.
It's way too much on all of them.
including vagus nerve, all the brainstem nerves.
So I wanted to cover that a little bit.
Let's go on and move on to a little bit more as well.
Now, wash machines go moldier quicker
when using essential oils in your washing detergents,
or I mean adding them,
especially adding essential oils to the wash machines.
That essential oil builds residue inside the wash machines
over time.
that can get you in trouble with a little extra mold.
And that's when you use vinegar.
Now, I never said vinegar is good internally.
You guys know that.
I've always said I like vinegars externally.
I like apple cider vinegar externally sometimes.
I like it in shampoos.
I like it in skincare.
I do like apple cider vinegar for external uses.
I don't like vinegars of any kind for internal uses.
I've talked all about why, so I won't go into every detail on that right now.
But I do like vinegars for trying to clean up and break the calcifications and the oil base from essential oils that have built up in wash machines.
I do like vinegar for that.
I like any kind of vinegar.
The cleaning vinegar.
I like apple cider vinegar for that.
I like vinegars for the wash machines that the essential oil base is created mold in.
Okay? Now, I'm not trying to put anybody in fear on mold. Mold's a big fearful thing all on its
own. People are always worried about it. I'm not trying to create that situation. I'm saying that
there is a way to responsibly use essential oils. Here's one right now. Excess oil. Wipe it off.
If you want some essential oil you really love and you want to put it on your wrists, okay?
right use a drop it goes a long way rub it in and then wipe off the excess don't worry it's there
and it smells anyone around you will smell it perfectly loud and clear it's in the skin wipe
it off the excess don't use the excess don't have the excess wiped off like this like on everything
like huh and then you got children like okay honey let me fix your hair okay let me do this let me
just don't use the excess to wipe off of everything on your animals too i got my dogs coming here i
got my cat here and i got all my essential oils on me and the cat fur and the dog fur and everything's
just collecting all that essential oil because the excess is go try not to use your family or your
friends or your house fixtures as a wipe off for all your oils. Wipe off excess oil. Critical.
Critical to understand. And this is what companies or the industry should be teaching everybody.
Massage. You get massage or you're rubbing even your feet with oil, right?
the best thing to do is wipe off excess oil if you're not going to take a shower but everybody
who gets massage therapy done and their whole body was rubbed down with oil and then they throw
on their clothes at the massage therapist office and their clothes are soaked with the essential
oil oil in the carrier it's now all over your car can't tell you how many people have oil
essential oils embedded in their seats, embedded in their car seats, all over their car. And now
we've got mold when all you need is your window cracked one day, and then the rain starts pouring
in, and that rain gets in on the floor and creates a little mold, and the mold runs for all the oil
that's in your seats. See? Runs for all the oil that's stuck in your seats.
Look, I don't want to rain on anybody's parade.
It's the worst part of my job.
Till this day, I hate it.
Okay?
I rained on everybody's parade with the copper tanks and the copper thermoses
and the copper drinking devices or thermoses and the copper mugs and all that
because I know they say that copper was used thousands of years ago in ancient times
to kill off, you know, to clean water and be a water disinfectant. And it makes you healthy.
We're all coming. We need copper. It's absolutely wrong. All of that. You get copper poisoning and
they got copper poisoning 2000 years ago. They only did it for survival because they had no
running water, no bottled water and no clean water and no spring water. They had very little
water in the last few thousand years all around the world. So whenever the rain came, you put it
in a copper vat and you hope it kept it clean enough so you can drink it, but you still got
copper poisoning and you still died early because of it. And then I released the information about
the fermented foods and how fermented foods was a survival technique. It's not good for the body.
I talked all about that. I had to drop that bomb and how that works. And then I had to drop the
bomb about the alkaline ionizer water machines. They're the most poisonous things. To be honest,
I'd rather have you guys slathering oil all over your bodies and running around your house,
running around your house with oil everywhere, flying everywhere over walls and furniture.
I'd rather have that than you sip one sip out of the alkaline ionizer water machine,
poisonous water machines.
And that ML impairment scheme from hell, that actually is disastrous for people
because it leaches metal out of the metal plates.
I don't care what machine or company it is.
Then I had to release information about the blood draw.
and that really got a lot of people upset.
And then 20 other things too.
It's my worst part of the job.
It's my worst part of the job.
But I don't want you guys scared of the essential oils.
What I would do, if I was a essential oil person and I'm not,
I don't use essential oils at all.
If I was an essential oil person,
it's not because I'm biased.
I don't use essential oil because I don't like them.
So I'm going to torture everybody with this essential oil talk because I don't like them.
That's not it at all.
If I was using essential oils, I would use a little bit.
It goes a long way.
I would wipe off excess.
I'd respect them.
I would not be dumping them everywhere.
And I'd be cautious.
If I'm using them in carriers, I would make sure excess carrier is off of me so it's not being wiped everywhere.
okay i'd probably wash the clothes a little bit more i would probably wash blankets a little bit
more i would probably get a bedding mat for over my bed the kind that's like that's kind of like
repels water right in case people wet their bed or something like that you know there's some decent
ones out there and you can put it over your mattress whether it's you know a twin size
mattress or whatever, a full mattress, queen size or king size. This way, oil from my body,
essential oils, isn't going through that mat into the mattress. I'd be doing that.
I'd be using vinegar inside the wash machine once in a while and trying to blow out that oil.
I would respect the oils. Well, I get my ass whooped for talking about this stuff,
and I'm going to get my ass whooped really bad for this one, and I know it. I'm probably going
to lose 10,000 followers that are MM community members that probably either, you know, their
heart is in essential oils. And I think I might've pushed them over the edge with this one. I might
also piss off a few other people. Mostly I'm sure, maybe not the MM community, but I'm sure
I'm going to get, you know, gas lit, canceled once again. They tried to cancel me in the last
years many times and failed. And I'm sure the companies are going to probably make me pay the
price one way or another through connections they know and other people they know to try to slow me
down in any way possible, shape and form. Like all the other companies have done, slowing me down in
the process of writing the books, getting the free information out and saving lives and everything
else. But I'm going to catch 22 in a vicious cycle with it. It's like the vicious cycle is the
misinformation is just madness and it's spinning like this. And I'm going to catch 22 because I
have to try to stop it wherever I can and try to save as many people one way or another.
What I recommend is if you love essential oils, you don't have to stop them. You just have to
use them right carefully and try not to douse over, douse yourself. Wipe off the excess,
be cautious, run your diffuser once a week if you really like, but don't run it all day long every
day. The diffuser is the least of the problems, just so you know. The diffuser is the least of
the problem. I need that known. It's cleaner diffuser. It's the least of the issue. The big
issue, I'm saying that because it's true, but the big issue is, like I said, it's the carriers and
all the excess and everything else around it, including body lotions, coconut oil put on
everybody, coconut oil without essential oils. You might be somebody that's like, I'm a coconut
oil person, olive oil person. I don't have essential oils, but it's getting all over
everywhere. Okay? But essential oils themselves and by themselves are an oil, and that's what
I'm talking about as well. So there's that all on its own. Now, the bottom line is,
keep a lie at heart. Okay? There is healing properties in essential oils.
I don't want you disillusioned, though, thinking that an essential oil will cure your neurological
Lyme or curia multiple sclerosis or curia lupus or curia RA or Hashimoto's or chronic fatigue
syndrome, ME chronic fatigue syndrome, Parkinson's or anything else. Because for the last 30, 40 years
in alternative medicine, many people tried. There's real reasons why we're sick. Real steps to take
and protocols to take. You guys know, some of you guys know the medical meme information and why it
works and how it works. And essential oils, if they're pleasing to you, supportive, or make you
feel good in some way, please use them then. But keep in mind everything I taught you here and told
you about them. The industry wants everybody to think it's a sure shot cure. That's another tactic
they've used to try to sell a ton of it. Here's a cure, you know, sure shot cure for your SIBO,
for your children's, you know, autism.
Here's a sure shot with these essential oils, you know,
for this person's, you know, acid reflux
or this person's pandas or this child's pandas.
There's, it went way too far
and it's getting people in trouble
and it's even setting them backwards.
And when you're sensitive neurologically,
which that's what everybody has mostly,
is neurological symptoms,
essential oils aggravate the nerves.
keep it mild don't overdo it learn how to not soak your house with it and if you already did
that's okay because i always tell people if you've always used for example off the topic a little bit
if you've always used a plug-in air freshener i tell people to take the plug-in air freshener out
of the wall and throw it out and you stopped you stopped the waterfall of poison happening right
Well, with essential oils, if you're already somebody who has diffused a lot, and that's the least problem, but you're already somebody who's had it wiped all over everything.
It's just you've been living with it and heavy doses of it everywhere, and it's getting over everything.
If you're already somebody like that and been drinking it or whatever you're doing, you can also pull the plug on it now, and everything starts to come back and recover.
And then you wash your blankets good.
Maybe you get a new blanket someday.
You get the mat for your bed.
You do things, or you do different techniques.
You clean your washing machine good.
You do different strategies.
Maybe someday you'll get a new carpet.
Maybe a new bed someday.
Maybe a new couch someday down the road.
You get that fresh start down the road.
And you don't cover it with oil again by accident.
You don't make a mold trap for yourself.
And like I said anyway,
if you're somebody,
please listen to this if you can.
I beg of you.
if you're somebody that has a mold problem or you're worried about a mold problem,
remember what medical medium information always was.
It's you build up your immune system.
You clean up your own pathogens.
And then you could be that person that inhales all the mold you want
and eats all the mold you want and they don't get affected like somebody's husband.
You've got somebody's wife or partner or friend who's so affected by mold, they're bedridden, but yet the same person eating the same mold and living in the same mold is perfectly fine and going outside to the store and coming back and running everything because they can, they're strong.
Keep in mind, and it's the Medical Mean Podcast that talk about, the mold, the Medical Mean Podcast, where we can also rebuild ourselves inside, out, heal, and withstand any mold, right?
But if you're somebody with anything like that, you know you can heal even with mold in your home or mold whatever.
But I just wanted to give you this critical essential oil information so you have every chance to protect yourself once again because that's what it's about.
And I love you guys.
I'm going to have some dinner.
This is the anti-bug cleanse peppers.
Probably going to have some lemon water.
What else?
and maybe Grogu and me will sit down and we'll eat.
Dr. Nesbitt might show up too.
Dr. Nesbitt is...
He's in surgery once again.
I love you guys.
